FN Herstal’s 5.7x28mm SS198LF ammunition is a 27-grain hollow point bullet with a lead-free powder and primer that is ideal for plinking, target shooting, and general range use. The SS198LF projectile has a copper-alloy jacket with an aluminum-core.
The FN SS198LF is a 5.7x28mm centerfire rifle cartridge designed by FN Herstal for use in the P90 personal defense weapon (PDW) and Five-seven pistol. The SS198LF was developed alongside the SS190, another 5.7x28mm projectile.
This round is new production, lead-free and non-corrosive, making it great to use at indoor ranges. The brass cases are also reloadable.
